Marie Gross - Ooh, Vanessa. These are so, so pretty! I could pick your brain for hours, but I guess the first question that comes to my mind, what has been the biggest “aha moment” for you in your photography journey thus far…

And (I’m gonna sneak one more in here) what’s the biggest piece of advice you could give a newbie like me?? :)

Vanessa - I’ve been following your blog for a few months and it has become one of my few mentoring blogs that I visit almost every day! I am not even CLOSE to where I want to be, but you, along with a couple of other photogs is what inspire me to keep going and learning.

What I would like to know is what your favorite lens to shoot individual photo shoots is, what you use when you do family shoots and how your pictures turn out so sharp, clean, crisp, without fault, error or blur.

I want to know what makes you tick? I am sure there are many. But what is the one main thing that sets your heart on fire and you draw inspiration from?

Stephanie Ryan - I would have to agree with Joie and Erin. I totally would love a post of your “behind the scenes” routine. I really have to tell you how addicted to your work I am. I think I am really going to find a way to make a mentoring session with you. Because that would just MAKE my day!!

velvetowlphotography - oops! I forgot to leave a comment regarding what I’d like to see more of…So I love all of your posts & am a big time stalker, but I’d love to see more post processing tutorials before’s and afters, those are always fun!!

Stephanie Castillo - Ok.. so my question is how did you become a confident woman in your photography? I am having such a hard time with believing in myself and my work, I am always second guessing.. any help with this would be appreciated.. I know it may sound kinda lame but it’s always something I’m asking myself. Thanks V :)
